I charge a flat rate of $2,400 for each day spent conducting a mediation conference, plus expenses, with each party paying 50%. 

While many mediators have complex fees with hourly rates and minimum amounts, I feel this unnecessarily complicates a process that may involve various time commitments, rescheduling's and sometimes cancellations. With my simple fee structure, we can concentrate on the mediation process and add days as needed. I've found this removes the need for my clients to watch the clock, and instead allows us to fully focus on all possible options and solutions. I also do not charge a cancellation fee as long as I am notified at least a day before the mediation conference is scheduled to begin.
